*Some Poly types cannot withstand 400°F Temperatures. Please test before mass production.

Genuine Leather Patches*

TEMPERATURE: 350°F - 360°F
PRESSURE: Light/Medium
TIME: 105-120 Seconds
BARRIER: 1/8" Thick Silicone Pad

*If using heat press with back heat, follow standard emblem instructions. We recommend using Stahls' Hotronix 360 IQ HAT Heat Press.

Uses

FOR USE ON: Cotton, Cotton/Poly Blends, 100% Polyster, Fleece and Wool.
DOES NOT WORK ON: Leather, Some Nylon, Some types of Coatings on Athletic Mesh and Safety Gear

APPLYING EMBLEMS ON FLAT GARMENTS

  • Step 1: Set emblem on garment.

  • Step 2: Use teflon paper to protect the emblem.

  • Step 3: Apply heat to the emblem and garment.

APPLYING EMBLEMS ON HATS

  • Step 1: Set hat into heat press with hat band turned out.

  • Step 2: Set emblem to hat with heat tape.

  • Step 3: With teflon paper on top of emblem, apply heat to hat.
